I started Yugen Films because most brand video feels like an ad -- because it is. It exists to be skipped. It has no soul, no story arc, no reason to be remembered.
I came to this work through a different door: years spent inside Noh theatre -- Japan's oldest dramatic form -- where the goal is never to explain, but to evoke. Where silence carries more weight than dialogue. Where the mask reveals more than the face.

Delivered on Your Plan Cadence
Each finished film is delivered according to your selected plan cadence -- monthly, every 5-7 days, or daily after onboarding. Narrative and Series run one active request at a time, while Daily Social Content follows a locked-in production cadence after the initial 1-2 week brand setup. Up to 3 revision requests are included per deliverable.
