All sales are final.

 

Raw Japan Art is a small independent publisher run by one author in Fukuoka, Japan. We are not Amazon, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

Digital products (ebooks): delivered instantly by email. All sales are final. If a download link fails or a file will not open, email info@rawjapanart.com and we will make sure you get your books.

 

Print books: printed on demand just for you, in your country, and shipped domestically. All sales are final. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days, and any customs or import fees at the border are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Damaged print books: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email a photo to info@rawjapanart.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
